Description
Every time I've eaten Red Hot and Blue I found the BBQ to be pretty dry and the sauces did little to make things more interesting. This is probably the only truly national BBQ chain so often times it is the only choice. RH&B sells itself as Memphis style BBQ, whatever that means (dry and bland?).
