I am originally from memphis -so needless to say "texas" barbeque wasn't quite what I was looking for when I think of BBQ. So I reluctantly tried Red Hot & Blue thinking it would be the same ole knock off of the original. To my surprise it was like being at home everything from the atmosphere to the dry rub seasoning on the ribs. They even got the wet naps and sweet tea right. Anytime I am feeling home sick I just drive around the corner to my new favorite BBQ restuarant in texas.
