Description: At least 2 locations that I know of: at Southpointe mall and off 15-501 near Foster's market. Q-Shack has a slick presentation and the BBQ is ok. Probably one of the few BBQ places in the Carolinas where you can get beef brisket and pulled pork. Good side dishes and some interesting menu items like jalapeno deviled eggs.
