Description
Stephenson's has the best smoked flavor of any NC BBQ, not overpowering but thoroughly smoked. The meat is moist with a tangy Eastern NC style sauce. They also serve an excellent fried chicken, and their vegetable side items (collards, cabbage, boiled potatoes, etc.) are country-seasoned and great.
